A native of Michigan, Dr. Nettleman completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and went on to complete his Master’s from the same institution. He also completed two years in the United States Air Force, and received his continuing education at the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education. A member of numerous orthodontics groups including the SCCDA, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the PCSO and the Damon Study Club, he remains very active in the orthodontic community and is currently serving as chairman of his peer review organization. He is one of the original Invisalign® doctors and a member of Invisalign’s Alpha Group. He has been practicing in Saratoga since 1973 and is a charter member of the Saratoga Education Foundation and a long time supporter of local school activities.

When not working in the office he enjoys golf, motorcycling with his son and various church activities. Dr. Nettleman has 2 sons, Jared and Barrett.
